Jason,
I got a problem when working with AFG Part 4 on matching left IK/FK leg. When I try to add Toe Spin attr to Pre-Match setting (Page 298 in the instructor notes), I got an error “// Error: No object matches name: L_Foot_anim.match_pre_4_Toe”
I have download and update the matchobj mel in your web, and I have follow the solution mentioned in AFG Fix.pdf (Page 10) to make sure the iteration attribute is selected, but I still got the same error.
Could you please let me know how can I solve this? Thank you so much.
I think I found where the problem is…because my attribute name is called Toe_Spin, after I rename it to ToeSpin without the underscore, the MEL works fine without error! Its cool!
Hi Jason
Thank you for this awesome AFR.
I have three questions:
— Can you give us or guide us to study shows us the importance, the fact that many of the Animator rarely use FK and rely on IK ? Frankly, I did not know its importance?
— On the assumption that I used IK/FK all together or one of them?Well ,How Can I choose between them for skinning the arm for example?
— I wish you to clarify an important point is how can we choose from that a lot of joints for the purpose of skinning the Character?
its good site
